  • Commercial Construction (Bothell, WA) Appleton Finn is proud to be partnering exclusively with a highly respected Pacific Northwest general contractor to find an exceptional Senior Project Manager for their Bothell, WA office.
Our client is a full-service construction firm with over 50 years of regional heritage, specialising in the delivery of health and science facilities, a niche they have built a strong reputation in since the 1970s.. This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven, client-focused construction professional ready to take ownership of complex projects and lead high-performing teams. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through delivery and into the warranty period. You will lead and mentor project teams, manage multiple concurrent projects, and hold operations accountable to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. What You'll Bring 7-10 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor Degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of building systems, particularly structural and exterior envelopes Proven proficiency in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, cost management, and procurement Deep knowledge of project delivery methods, the design process, risk management, and warranty Demonstrated leadership of project teams and field operations, with a track record in client advocacy and subcontractor management Excellent communication, organisational skills, and an uncompromising commitment to quality Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneNote, Project, Outlook, Excel, Word) Familiarity with AutoDesk, Bluebeam Revu, and job cost accounting platforms is preferred
