Job Description

Are you organized, dependable, and love being hands-on? Green Earth Landscaping is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team! You'll support our Estimator and Project Manager by overseeing active landscaping projects, ensuring quality work, and maintaining great client relationships. This is a field-focused, client-facing role—perfect for someone who thrives both outdoors and in a leadership capacity. Why You'll Love This Role Be at the center of exciting landscaping projects Work directly with clients and ensure projects exceed expectations Learn hands-on project management skills in a fast-paced environment Grow with a company that values professionalism, quality, and teamwork Key Responsibilities Field & Site Oversight Visit active job sites to ensure work meets company standards Identify and communicate issues or delays promptly Support crews with instructions, materials, and resources Client Communication Serve as a primary point of contact during active projects Keep clients updated and respond to questions professionally Build and maintain positive client relationships Coordination & Support Work closely with the Estimator to understand project details Document progress with photos and notes Assist in small material transport and on-site problem-solving Professional Presence Travel daily between multiple job sites Represent the company professionally at all times Qualifications Required Valid Driver's License & clean driving record Comfortable driving a company truck daily Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Preferred (Not Required) Landscaping or construction experience Project coordination or management experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Leadership or crew supervision experience

From $20.00 per hour
