We are growing — and we are looking for a motivated Project Manager to be the first voice our customers hear. Job Overview The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented, while also posessing strong customer service skills to take our customers through the process of having a water system installed. Candidate should also be knowledgeable about construction and project coordination ensuring that the project runs smoothly from beginning to end.
Duties:
Manage all phases of the project from estimating to site prep , execution and completion of water running in the home. Research the project and provide an estimate using Service Titan construction system. Coordinate the project with the teams to achieve outstanding outcomes. Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements. Estimate management including project tracking, forecasting and billing Communication with the customer on project schedule Review contracts and manage compliance with company requirements Understand owner contract requirements and ensure compliance Perform on site visits, monitor project progress and address any issues that arise making sure to obtain any needed change orders Skills Experience in project management within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques Organizational skills, time management and prioritization Strong customer service skills Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members Ability to maintain focus on goals combined with the flexibility to alter course when necessary.
