Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Management Specialist to join the Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) Operations Integration team in Everett, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. Project Management examples for the Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) Operations Integration Team could include supporting Analytics, Business Management, Logistics, Motive Equipment Operations, Cranes, Group Coordinators, Alternate Work Offices, Communication System for Confined Hazardous Areas, Site Support and Product Movement, Equipment Services, Tool Construction, Lean, and 737 North Line implementation. MOS&L strives to exceed expectations; safely delivering quality products to our customers. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options. Position Responsibilities:
Facilitate Lean activities and initiatives across various departments Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement Lean training programs for employees at all levels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives Mentor and coach stakeholders in Lean principles and practices Prepare and present reports on progress and outcomes to management Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Project Management and Lean methodologies Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years of experience in project management (supporting diverse programs and projects) with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Experience with technical writing and creating presentations 1+ years of experience developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in a Business Operations or Project/Program Management role Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals Experience working in a multifaceted work environment, including managing multiple priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft Project Web Application Experience using Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and OneNote Conflict of Interest:
