Experienced or Senior Project Management and Learning Development Specialist Company:
The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is actively seeking a Project Management and Learning Development Specialist to serve as a key contributor within the Safety Management Systems (SMS) Promotion team, supporting the coordination and execution of safety initiatives that foster a Positive Safety Culture across the Enterprise. The selected candidate will be able to choose to work onsite in Everett, WA or Seattle, WA. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including, Experienced (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Project Management Specialist.Primary responsibilities:
Leads planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of safety-related projects and initiatives, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital platforms, dashboards, and communication channels to support the Safety Experience and Promotion team. Create, maintain, and distribute training materials, promotional content, and digital assets to support ongoing safety education and awareness efforts. Collect, analyze, and report data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance safety programs and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to support project planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities. Coordinate meetings, communications, and feedback collection to ensure alignment and effective information flow among stakeholders. Support special projects and initiatives assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Safety Experience and Promotion team. Supports the management of SMS training requirements. Including development and procurement as necessary. Builds relationships to gain support and commitment from others, promote ideas with enthusiasm, conviction, and assertiveness. Facilitates recurring meetings, technical exchanges and reviews. Communicates plans and strategies with senior/executive leadership. Drives results using appropriate processes, tools, schedules, metrics, and data analytics. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience managing complex projects 3+ years supporting cross-functional teams 3+ years of experience identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams 3+ years of experience do you have leading teams and/or leading initiatives 3+ years of experience do you have working directly with executives or senior leaders Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience): Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience creating workforce development and/or Learning and Development strategies and programs that deliver measurable results Experience with Instructional Design methodologies Experience in End-To-End Project/Program Management, Communication with senior leaders, and facilitation of workshops, etc Experience with Microsoft office suite Experience in data analysis, trending, and reporting Experience using project management software or another portfolio management toolDrug Free Workplace:
