Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all aspects of client projects with our foundation repair crews.

Responsibilities Include:
Communicate with clients, engineering firms, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project schedules are met Thoroughly review project scope to effectively coordinate project activities Maintaining and monitoring project schedules utilizing CRM resource. Identify any issues or risks, hours worked and deadlines to maintain fidelity of project scope as well as cost Keep communication with clients to schedule projects and ensure client satisfaction as projects evolve Collaborate with crews to ensure project related issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner Aid in the process of coordinating materials, resources and equipment Obtaining permits and licenses through a variety of jurisdictions Ensuring project deadlines are met while focusing on company policies and safety regulations. Providing administrative support and perform other duties as assigned Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project A well Qualified applicant would have the following experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination or similar role in the construction industry, using customer service relationship management sofwarre(CRM) Experience using Service Titan is desireable Experience in the permitting process Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience utilizing CRM is a plus/ Experience with Ring Central a plus Knowledge of Western Washington geography and mapping ability Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Strong customer service and teamworking skills Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with all levels in stressful circumstances Ability to work independently and as part of a team Coursework in construction management, or related field is a plus •This position would start at 30 hours and could transition to a 40 hour position•

Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
