10+ Months (Potential Extension ) We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to support a dynamic Event Content team responsible for delivering content programs across partner events. This role requires strong program management expertise, exceptional stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ????Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of event content workstreams
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain project trackers and ensure accountability across teams
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive successful execution
- Support process improvements and innovative program delivery methods
- Conduct post-event analysis and provide recommendations for future events ?
Top Required Skills:
? Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? Experience with project management tools such as M365, AirTable, RainFocus, Cvent, Asana, and related platforms ?Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Program/Project Management experience
- Event program management or experiential marketing experience
- Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- PMP, PgMP, Prince2, CMP, or similar certifications ?
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Conference planning experience with breakout session management
