Bellevue, WA (On-site) About the Opportunity Team 360 Staffing is seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead a high-performing project management team within a growing mechanical construction organization. This leadership role will oversee project execution, team development, operational excellence, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role is responsible for developing team members, ensuring successful project execution, improving operational processes, and driving strong financial and customer outcomes. The Director serves as a key partner to Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers. Establish performance expectations, accountability measures, and development plans. Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and career growth planning. Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts. Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Project Oversight Provide guidance and leadership on active projects to ensure successful delivery. Support Project Managers with complex project challenges and escalated issues. Monitor project performance and proactively address risks. Resource Planning Manage project workloads and resource allocation. Partner with department leaders to align staffing with project demands. Identify resource gaps and recommend solutions. Client Management Participate in executive-level client meetings as needed. Support conflict resolution and issue management. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Operational Excellence Improve project management processes, systems, and reporting. Monitor project performance metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency gains. Drive consistency and best practices across the project management organization. Financial Performance Review project budgets, forecasts, and profitability with Project Managers. Monitor financial performance and ensure accountability for project outcomes. Drive accountability for project financial results. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Executive Leadership. Ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution. Facilitate communication across departments to remove obstacles and improve project delivery. Contribute to strategic initiatives that support company growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 8-15 years of project management experience with progressive leadership responsibilities. Proven experience leading and developing Project Managers and project teams. Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client management. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience within construction, mechanical contracting, engineering, manufacturing, consulting, or technical services environments preferred. Preferred Background Experience with mechanical contractors, MEP firms, construction management organizations, engineering firms, or similar project-driven environments is highly preferred. ????
