Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced an experienced Project Manager to support the Enterprise Compliance organization in the implementation and integration of a risk assessment AI tool within the broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) ecosystem. This role will focus on assisting in driving the execution of the system integration and implementation of the system tool(s), coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance in driving the day-to-day execution of a GRC system implementation and integration initiative
  • Partner with Enterprise Compliance, Risk, Legal, and technology teams to gather, document, and refine business and system requirements
  • Translate business processes into clear requirements, workflows, and user stories
  • Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks using tools such as Jira and MS Project
  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts, including requirements documentation, workflows, and test scripts
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development and validation of outcomes
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and within scope Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience managing system implementation or integration projects
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into actionable requirements
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and legal teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience supporting risk management or compliance-focused initiatives
  • Experience with workflow and diagramming tools (e.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 annually in our lowest geographic market up to $140,000 annually in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
