We provide complete visual solutions that integrate our clients brand, attracts peoples attention, and get them where they need to go. Project Manager Position The Project Manager will proactively oversee the companies' projects from concept to completion. Assures all contractual services provided by VVS are of optimum quality and completed on schedule, while adhering to the given budget. This role will maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, coworkers, trade partners, and the community through professional, transparent, timely communications and actions. Project Managers are skilled at getting the best out of the people and the projects that they oversee. They thrive when planning projects and working with project teams. This role is responsible for high level communication with everyone involved in the project. Qualifications At least 3 years of proven experience in Project Management with in the architectural signage, custom metal fabrication, construction, or similar industry. Demonstrated a proven ability to successfully manage projects from inception through completion Skilled self-starter with the ability to work, both independently and as a team, on multiple tasks while regularly reprioritizing to maximize efficiency. Must be able to prioritize work on job sites and work with subcontractors toward a common goal. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide array of people at all levels within the company as well as with clients and trade partners. Proficient skill level in computer software including but not limited to: Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn new software programs. Detailed, accurate, self- motivated and open to new ideas. Can adjust quickly and problem solve. Able to work independently with little supervision and apply good judgement and discretion. Reliable transportation to and from client locations and job sites. Possess and maintain current Driver's license and retain auto insurance as law requires with the ability to drive personal and company vehicles to client appointments and job sites. Strong accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills. Exceptional attendance and reliability. Physical Requirements Work at a computer or desk area for extended periods of time. Frequent walking, standing and sitting for extended periods. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Physically walk indoor/outdoor on construction sites in various weather conditions. Traveling to jobsites within the local region. Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps. Visibly differentiate colors. Communicating with others to exchange information, including auditory, oral, and written forms of communication. Ability to work extended hours when necessary. Operating motor vehicles.
