This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both the numbers and the field — and enjoys managing relationships, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and manage electrical estimates and bids Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, and field crews Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and timelines Resolve project and jobsite issues proactively Track multiple active projects simultaneously

What They're Looking For:

5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience Experience estimating and managing projects in the $1M-$10M range Commercial electrical or light industrial experience strongly preferred Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license

Compensation & Perks:
