  • Roadway, Asphalt & Concrete Construction Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee roadway, asphalt, concrete, and general construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with crews, contractors, and management. Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate roadway, asphalt, concrete, and construction projects from start to completion.
  • Create, maintain, and update project schedules.
  • Perform site scouting and project assessments before work begins.
  • Take initial, progress, and completion photos for project documentation.
  • Measure completed work and verify quantities.
  • Prepare and submit daily project progress reports.
  • Maintain regular communication with contractors through email regarding completed work, work in progress, project status, delays, and potential additional work opportunities.
  • Coordinate daily with foremen and crew leaders to ensure crews understand priorities, schedules, and expectations.
  • Identify and resolve project issues quickly to minimize delays.
  • Post daily updates, project photos, crew assignments, schedule changes, and other important information through GroupMe.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within company standards. Qualifications
  • Experience managing roadway, asphalt, concrete, or construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read plans, measure completed work, and manage project documentation.
  • Proficient with email, mobile applications, and project communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in paving, asphalt, concrete, or civil construction.
  • Experience supervising multiple crews and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling and project management practices. Benefits
