Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IS Project Manager I to lead and coordinate large-scale technology and information systems projects. This role requires a strong leader with project management expertise, budget oversight experience, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

12 months Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and business projects. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate and direct cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and implementation plans. Monitor project performance and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management to ensure project alignment and success. Analyze business and technical issues and develop effective solutions. Support application and systems initiatives, including implementation, testing, deployment, and change management activities. Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and documentation requirements. Required Skills Strong project leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and project resources. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines. Understanding of information systems, applications, and technology project lifecycles. Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Required Experience Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications: Associate's degree in a technology or business-related field and 1-5 years of progressive professional experience, including: 2+ years of project management or program oversight experience 1+ year of budget management experience 1+ year in a technical role OR Associate's degree and 10 years of progressive professional experience, including: 2+ years of project management or program oversight experience 2+ years of budget management experience 2+ years in a technical role OR 12 years of progressive professional experience in lieu of a degree, including: 3+ years of project management or program oversight experience 3+ years of budget management experience 2+ years in a technical role Education High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in a technology or business discipline preferred as outlined above. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $52.00 to $57.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
