12 Months Job Summary Seeking an experienced Project Controls Professional to support large-scale nuclear development projects by providing schedule and cost development, project analysis, reporting, estimating, and project controls support. This role will work closely with project managers to develop project scope, schedules, cost estimates, and perform detailed project monitoring and control activities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules and cost estimates Perform budget-to-actual reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and project reporting Track and execute project estimates and monitor schedule, scope, and cost changes Support annual budgeting, month-end/year-end close activities, and financial reporting Prepare and update budget policies, procedures, and training documentation Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and external stakeholders Utilize project controls tools and reporting systems to support project execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Project Controls or Project Management experience in an industrial environment OR Associate's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience Formal training in Primavera P6 or a similar project management system Required Skills Project Controls and Earned Value Management (EVM) Primavera P6 Project scheduling and cost analysis Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications PMI Certification (PMP, PBA, SP, CAPM, or RMP) Experience supporting large capital projects ($25M+) Experience in Power Generation, Nuclear, Heavy Industrial, Data Center, or Manufacturing environments Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Asset Suite, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Workday Experience with process improvement and GAAP principles RAM#
Pay:
$70.00 - $90.00 per hour
