Job Description

Company Description Consolidated Press has been proudly serving the Pacific Northwest's printing and publishing community for 90 years. With a diverse range of printing equipment, including web, sheetfed, and digital presses, as well as a robust Bindery and Mailing department, we can handle a variety of projects from prefect bound books to direct mail campaigns. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager at Consolidated Press in Seattle, WA. The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day coordination of printing projects, manage logistics and ensure timely project deliveries. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and clients. Qualifications Experience in the printing industry is required Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks, managing timelines and resources effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unexpected issues Strong customer service skills to proactively anticipate customers' needs; commitment to exceeding customer expectations Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook Familiarity with mailing and postal regulations a plus
