Our client in the Seattle, WA location is currently hiring for a Project Coordinator / Office Engineer to support the Sound Transit Delivery Team. This is a 12‑month contract opportunity supporting multiple active infrastructure projects. 5x Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day project coordination and administrative support across multiple projects. Support project managers and construction managers with organizing project activities and documentation. Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items. Maintain project correspondence and assist with onboarding and access coordination for project personnel. Manage document control logs for RFIs, submittals, permits, approvals, and correspondence. Maintain organized project files within Kahua and SharePoint in compliance with client document standards. Assist with weekly and monthly project status reporting, invoice tracking, and change logs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and third parties to support issue resolution and project alignment. Qualification Requirements 3-8 years of experience supporting construction, engineering, or transit-related projects. Experience with construction management and document control processes. Proficiency with Kahua, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment. Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and coordination skills. Disqualifiers Lack of experience supporting construction or engineering projects. No experience with document control systems. Inability to manage multiple projects or priorities concurrently.
