Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA, supporting project coordination and execution within the maritime engineering services industry. This role is well suited for a detail-oriented professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys keeping complex projects moving, coordinating across teams, and helping ensure deliverables are completed on time and to quality expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative project management team in a supportive environment that values communication, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a practical problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Candidates with maritime exposure or military experience are encouraged to apply, as this role values disciplined execution, strategic planning, and strong follow-through. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules to support timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to support project alignment and issue resolution.
  • Track tasks, action items, and deliverables to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and project priorities are met.
  • Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and financial reporting in partnership with the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and help maintain clear visibility into project progress. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
