The Project Coordinator / Office Engineer provides integrated project delivery support to the Delivery Team, combining administrative coordination, document control, and field-level project support. The selected individual will function as an extension of client staff, supporting projects from initiation through closeout across Small Works, JOC, and capital efforts. Key Responsibilities Support project managers with scheduling, document tracking, and meeting coordination. Maintain document control systems including Kahua and SharePoint; ensure accuracy and version control across project files. Prepare, process, and track project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and correspondence. Assist in monitoring project budgets and schedules; flag variances and escalate as appropriate. Coordinate with field staff, contractors, and client representatives to facilitate smooth project delivery. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item logs. Manage multiple project priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Perform other administrative and office engineering tasks as assigned. Qualifications 3-8 years of experience supporting construction, engineering, or transit projects. Experience with document control systems, including Kahua and SharePoint. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with demonstrated follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure. Preferred Prior experience supporting a public agency or transit authority. Familiarity with transit or public works construction projects in the Pacific Northwest. Join us in shaping the future of construction projects!
