Responsibilities Manage and troubleshoot operational issues related to offline return business. Provide account support through effective communication with retailers via calls and emails. Conduct problem-solving activities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Collaborate with tech and sales teams to streamline processes and resolve challenges. Oversee return merchandise authorization and ensure compliance with company policies. Skills 4 to 7 years of experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on administrative and operational tasks. A Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is required. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Tableau and Matrix. Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively seek solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster a positive work environment. Preferred Skills Experience with data analysis and dashboard creation in Excel.
