This is a senior leadership role that blends integrated marketing strategy, marketing team operations excellence, and AI-powered execution at scale. You will lead the brand strategy and team and guide a transformation to an AI-first creative development. You will work across the marketing organization, building the operational and AI infrastructure that makes marketing faster, smarter, and more efficient. Key Responsibilities Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes to align marketing goals with corporate goals. Build and evolve cross-portfolio frameworks that connect brand, demand generation, campaigns, and launch strategies. In collaboration with RevOps define quarterly and annual goals, KPIs, and budgets that directly tie marketing efforts to pipeline creation, velocity, and revenue contribution. Define and manage the brand process. Marketing Team Operations & Technology Ownership Build and operationalize the strategic frameworks, tools, and processes that accelerate go-to-market performance. Design and optimize team communications, planning cadence and reporting. Collaborate with marketing operations on executive dashboards and forecasting models for marketing performance, ROI, and contribution to business outcomes. AI Execution & Innovation Build an AI Native creative design engine. Drive AI-first marketing execution—leveraging generative AI, predictive analytics, machine learning, and automation for content creation, hyper-personalization, dynamic campaign optimization, predictive lead scoring, audience segmentation, and autonomous workflows. Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools that dramatically improve marketing productivity, personalization at scale, and performance. Collaborate with the internal AI team to ensure marketing is leveraging AI to help scale the organization. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of designers, agents, and AI specialists. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and innovation. Partner seamlessly across the marketing leadership organization to help functional leaders. Required Qualifications A marketing leader who is comfortable building in a fast ever-changing environment. 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity, with at least 5+ years in senior integrated marketing roles. Proven track record building and scaling integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact in high-growth enterprise software environments. Deep expertise in marketing operations, MarTech stack architecture (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics platforms), lead lifecycle management, and attribution modeling. Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in marketing (generative AI, predictive analytics, automation) and a track record of driving efficiency gains through AI adoption. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and executive storytelling. Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams in a remote-first environment. Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications Cybersecurity or enterprise security SaaS background (highly desired). Experience with
ABM, PLG
motions, or category-creation marketing. Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms used in marketing execution. Track record of working in fast-scaling, venture-backed or public SaaS companies. #LI-AC1 #
