About Capaul Stoneworks Capaul Stoneworks is a family-owned stone fabrication and installation company focused on craftsmanship, customer service, teamwork, and doing things the right way. We specialize in quartz, granite, marble, quartzite, porcelain, and other premium surfaces for residential and commercial projects across the Northwest. As we continue growing, we are focused on building a strong Project Management team that creates a great experience for both our customers and internal teams. Position Summary The Project Manager plays a key role in helping customer projects move smoothly from quote through final installation. This role is a combination of customer service, communication, organization, and project coordination, with a strong focus on creating a positive experience for customers. The right person for this role is organized, responsive, and dependable with strong follow-through while being approachable, positive, down-to-earth, and enjoyable to work with. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates well, takes pride in their work, genuinely enjoys helping people, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to help customers and teammates succeed. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer projects from quote through installation and closeout
  • Keep customer communication, quotes, and project follow-up moving in a timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain accurate quotes, job information, and project documentation
  • Coordinate scheduling and project communication with customers, field teams, and production
  • Ensure projects are properly prepared ahead of template and installation
  • Stay organized and effectively manage multiple active projects at once
  • Identify and help resolve issues early
  • Maintain strong follow-through on commitments and open items
  • Help create a positive and professional customer experience

  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and follow through in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable learning and working within project management and office systems
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to help where needed Preferred
  • Experience in project management, customer service, construction coordination, cabinetry, stone, interior design, or related industries
  • Experience managing schedules, quotes, or customer-facing projects
  • Experience with Moraware or similar project management / scheduling systems

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
