  • Full-time Vendor Invoice & Subcontractor Coordinator Restoration 1 Inland NW Spokane Valley, WA About Us Restoration 1 Inland NW is a growing disaster restoration company specializing in water, fire, mold, asbestos, and reconstruction services throughout Eastern Washington.
We work with a large network of subcontractors and vendors to help restore homes and businesses quickly and professionally. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to help manage subcontractor invoicing, job tracking, and vendor coordination. Position Summary This position is responsible for coordinating subcontractor and vendor invoices for active restoration and reconstruction projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strong with spreadsheets and data entry, and comfortable following up with subcontractors to ensure invoices and documentation are received accurately and on time. This is not an accounting position. We can teach the restoration side of the business. We are looking for someone with strong administrative, computer, and organizational skills who enjoys keeping projects and information organized. Responsibilities Track subcontractor and vendor invoices for active jobs Follow up on missing, late, or incorrect invoices Ensure invoices are tied to the correct job files Review invoices for basic accuracy and completeness Maintain organized spreadsheets and job tracking systems Work closely with Project Managers and the Accounting department Route approved invoices to Accounts Payable Assist with collecting subcontractor paperwork including W-9s, insurance certificates, and licensing documents Maintain accurate digital records and job documentation Help identify missing costs before final billing occurs Communicate professionally with subcontractors and vendors regarding corrections or missing information Qualifications Strong computer and data entry skills Experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Highly organized with strong attention to detail Good communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once Reliable and self-motivated Basic understanding of construction or restoration is helpful but not required Preferred Experience Administrative or coordinator experience Construction office or project coordination experience Experience working with vendors or subcontractors Experience managing spreadsheets and tracking systems Compensation & Benefits $20
