293370238 Job Description We are in search of a Director, Project Management to join our Project Management department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the VP, Project Management and is accountable for leading people and providing strategic direction within the Project Management Office (PMO) to advance AgWest's strategic objectives. This role provides oversight, coaching, and support for a team of project managers, establishes standards and practices that enable consistent, highquality project delivery, and develops project management talent across the organization. The Director partners closely with executive sponsors, contributes to enterpriselevel programs and priorities, and supports PMO initiatives and responsibilities as needed to ensure the overall effectiveness of the PMO. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: Typical starting range: $89,400 - $124,500Full base salary range: $89,400 - $157,700Annual performance-based incentive target is 15% of base.
