We partner with organizations across the Inland Northwest to deliver commercial interior environments through workplace strategy, design, project execution, and long-term support. We're hiring a Project Manager for our Spokane, WA team, to lead the coordination and execution of commercial interior and furniture projects from kickoff through close-out. This role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, sales, design, operations, vendors, and installers, to ensure projects move forward smoothly, accurately, and on schedule. This position includes regular local travel between client sites and periodic travel to other Freeform locations or regional project sites as needed. Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, logistics, financial coordination, installation readiness, punch resolution, invoicing, and close-out. This role oversees the full business transaction associated with each project while ensuring a high-quality client experience and strong cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle. What "Great" Looks Like Clients feel informed and supported throughout the project lifecycle Projects stay organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Internal teams operate from clear timelines and communication Installations and close-outs run smoothly with strong coordination and follow-through Key Responsibilities Lead project coordination from kickoff through installation and close-out Serve as the primary client contact throughout project execution Manage schedules, logistics, documentation, budgets, and change management Coordinate internal teams, vendors, installers, and manufacturers Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions for accuracy and execution readiness Support installation oversight, punch resolution, invoicing, and project close-out Qualifications Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Experience coordinating clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation Commercial furniture, construction, architecture, interiors, or related industry experience preferred Familiarity with eManage, Fieldwire, Microsoft Planner, or similar tools preferred What We Offer Collaborative, team-oriented culture Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Opportunity for growth and increased project leadership responsibility
