Position:
Project Coordinator Reports to: Operations Manager Why The Team Needs You? In this fast paced and growing industry our field teams need support inside the office. Managing systems and knowing where projects are at are essential to smooth operations and the health growth of a business. This role is the "heart" of the operation information in and out internally and externally.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Support, facilitate, and coordinate the work of multiple restoration jobs Serve as primary point of contact with insurance adjusters and customers Provide timely project status updates Maintain project work schedules and files Facilitate customer warranty and satisfaction surveys Secure client payments Why Join The Team?
