What You'll Be Doing:
Own projects from concept to completion—turning ideas into tangible, installable realities Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and field teams to bring custom elements to life Work across a wide range of materials: cabinetry, millwork, trim, metals, upholstery, and emerging materials Dive deep into project scope, site conditions, and constraints—then problem-solve your way through them Evaluate buildability, installation methods, and long-term performance Navigate the unexpected with confidence (because let's be honest—custom work always has surprises) Why This Role is
