This is full time, direct hire and fully onsite. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years as a Project Manager within the Multi Family Construction Industry, strong technical skills to include Excel and thrives in a fast paced environment

$80k
  • 130k + commission + benefits + PTO, 401k, growth and advancement
Schedule:
M-F flex start between 6am
  • 8am•8 hours a day•fully onsite•potential hybrid
Industry:
Construction Position Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Multi-Family Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from kickoff through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, purchasing, production timelines, deliveries, and customer communication to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with customers and internal teams, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball. Key Responsibilities Project Management Prepare and manage purchase orders and work orders Coordinate with production teams to ensure products are built to project specifications Maintain project schedules and delivery timelines for jobsites Manage material revisions and change orders throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials are available and processed on schedule Conduct regular jobsite visits to verify measurements, quantities, and project progress Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and site supervisors through proactive communication and responsiveness Team Collaboration Partner with sales and administrative teams to ensure seamless project execution Communicate updates, project needs, and opportunities across departments Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with sales staff as needed Additional Responsibilities Follow all company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations Support a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment Travel as needed to support project requirements Qualifications & Skills Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within multifamily construction Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong math and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Desired Skills & Attributes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment SmartTalent is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #STHMG #
