This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing client relationships and team dynamics. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial door projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project requirements and specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any issues that arise during execution. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones. Utilize software tools such as Avaware, Comsense, and DOORS for project management and documentation purposes. Lead project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in the commercial doors and hardware sector. Strong understanding of commercial door systems, including wood, metal, frames, and hardware. Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as Avaware, Comsense, and DOORS. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
