6+ month, potential of hire Overview A local client of ours is on the hunt for a Project Coordinator to support a team of Project Managers driving key business and IT initiatives. This role focuses on coordination, communication, and execution support rather than technical ownership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep projects moving by managing logistics, documentation, and cross-team communication. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers across multiple concurrent projects by coordinating day-to-day activities Schedule and manage meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-ups Track action items, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure milestones are met Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, timelines, status reports, and trackers Serve as a central point of coordination between internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors Assist in preparing status updates and reports for leadership Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed Organize and maintain project artifacts for consistency and clarity Coordinate logistics for project execution, including resource scheduling and task alignment Provide administrative support to Project Managers to ensure efficient delivery Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Excel, or similar) Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability Ability to work onsite full-time in Vancouver, WA Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting IT or business projects in a corporate environment Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Experience working with cross-functional teams Exposure to vendor coordination or stakeholder management Background in manufacturing or operational environments is a plus What Success Looks Like Projects remain organized, on schedule, and well-documented Clear, timely communication across teams and stakeholders Project Managers can focus on strategy and delivery due to strong coordination support Action items, risks, and next steps are consistently tracked and followed through All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
