In this role, as project coordinator will oversee administrative tasks, coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Your proactive approach and strong organization skills will ensure that projects are financially viable while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties Project Planning and Scheduling:
Assist in developing project timelines, scheduling meetings, and coordinating site activities to ensure deadlines are met.
Budget and Resource Management:
Track project budgets, order materials, and manage resources efficiently to prevent delays or cost overruns.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain detailed records, including contracts, invoices, permits, and progress reports; prepare documentation for project updates and compliance.
Communication:
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Problem-Solving:
Identify potential issues during the project lifecycle and coordinate solutions to minimize disruptions.
Experience Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of construction methods, blueprints, and project management.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate effectively.
Problem-Solving Abilities:

Education and Experience:
Experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant experience in construction project coordination
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
