Project Manager 3 (Engineering)
Location:
Vancouver, WA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Type:
Full-Time Contract of 12 Months We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale utility infrastructure and engineering projects supporting transmission, telecommunications, security, and substation programs. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from initiation through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports. Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, and stakeholder activities. Lead project meetings and provide executive-level project updates. Monitor project performance, funding, resources, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate project risks and schedule impacts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 10+ years of project management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 5+ years managing large infrastructure or engineering projects. Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and technical documentation. Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio. Preferred Qualifications Utility, transmission, substation, telecommunications, or security project experience. PMP Certification. Experience managing projects valued at $25M+. Skills Stakeholder Management Risk & Change Management Project Scheduling Budget Management Executive Reporting Cross-Functional Leadership Apply if you have a proven track record delivering complex engineering and infrastructure projects in regulated or utility environments.
