Salary:
The hourly range for this position is $35.85 - $43.61. Salary placement is based on education and years of certificated experience.
Assignment:
Full Time, 240 days a year. This position may provide temporary coverage and support for prevention program staff during planned or unplanned absences to ensure continuity of services, program implementation, and student support.
Regular attendance required:
This role relies on regular and reliable attendance to ensure consistency for our students and help support a positive, productive learning environment.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Essential Functions:
Serve as a staff member for the Student Assistance Program (SAP) to plan, implement, coordinate, and deliver prevention training for staff within the ESD 112 region. Plan and coordinate identified services and training to ensure alignment with the approved action plan and budget. Assist with the development and management of project budgets in coordination with program leadership and the fiscal agent. Develop, update, and maintain all SAP training materials, including guidance documents and forms; organize curriculum and program materials and post on program webpages and electronic file systems. Coordinate services, implement activities, and track all training delivered in partnership with program leadership and staff. Collaborate with leadership and Student Assistance Professionals (SAPs) to assess professional development needs and assist the manager to develop training plans for all Student Assistance Professionals. Develop program outreach efforts including presentations, newsletters, program awareness flyers, school-based education, awareness events, and media campaigns.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Working Conditions:
Travel required within ESD 112 Region. Extended or flexible hours as necessary.
Employment Requirements:
Successful completion of a criminal history and fingerprint check through the Washington State Patrol and FBI. Certified Prevention Professional, or ability to obtain credential within 12 months of hire.
