Why Project Managers Choose Robinson Restoration Consistent year-round work Performance bonuses that reward project success, quality work, and team performance Paid certifications and continuing education Clear advancement opportunities into Senior Project Management and Operations Leadership roles Strong team culture with experienced leadership Performance-based growth and compensation reviews Opportunity to oversee a variety of residential and commercial projects What You'll Do Respond promptly to new losses and customer needs Conduct site inspections, develop project scopes, and manage water mitigation projects from start to finish Coordinate technicians, equipment, subcontractors, and resources to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Monitor drying progress, moisture readings, project quality, and profitability Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, reports, and job records using company software Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance professionals, property managers, and referral partners Lead and mentor water damage technicians in the field Build and maintain professional relationships that support customer satisfaction and business growth Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional project revenue Schedule and coordinate jobs, personnel, and equipment Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices What We're Looking For Water mitigation, restoration, construction, or related project management experience Strong leadership, communication, sales, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience working directly with customers, insurance professionals, or property managers Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as driving company vehicles is an essential function of this position Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a customer-focused attitude Required Qualifications IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT, or related certifications Experience using moisture meters, drying equipment, and restoration software Restoration industry leadership experience Experience with insurance-related restoration projects Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined spaces when needed Ability to perform site inspections in varying environmental conditions Pay & Benefits $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications Performance-based bonus program Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays Paid training and certification programs Company-provided equipment and technology Employment may be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, consistent with applicable law.
