Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Mitigation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of mitigation projects from start to finish. You will ensure project profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction while overseeing teams and collaborating with insurance adjusters and internal departments.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily workflow of assigned team, assigning responsibilities to ensure efficient office operations. Provides direction and guidance to team members. Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations. Aids in the oversight of hiring Mitigation Technicians and training new employees within assigned location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while exceeding customer expectations. Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients to manage their expectations throughout the restoration process. Scope and sell our full-service offerings on assigned projects. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project goals and quality standards. Oversee the ordering of materials, maintaining an efficient supply chain to support project needs. Provide project summaries and reports to keep stakeholders informed about project progress. Collaborate closely with our internal team to ensure the seamless completion of restoration work. Perform other related duties as assigned to support company operations.
Required Skills and Abilities:
A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the restoration industry, demonstrating your ability to successfully lead restoration projects. Scope/Takeoff Estimating experience is a strong plus, showcasing your ability to accurately assess project costs and requirements. Familiarity with CRM software, with experience in Dash being advantageous. Manage multiple projects in different phases effectively and efficiently Strong organizational and communication skills, essential for managing project teams, clients, and subcontractors effectively.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate office environments. #
INDY Pay:
$32.00 - $40.00 per hour
