We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join the MODO8 team.
In this role, you will work directly alongside our project managers and engineering staff, gaining hands-on experience coordinating real projects from kickoff through delivery. This is not a coffee-and-copies internship — you will be involved in actual work, expected to contribute, and given the opportunity to grow fast in a technical environment. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving manufacturing setting. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our facility in Beloit, Wisconsin Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking active projects Help maintain project timelines, milestone trackers, and status reports Attend internal project meetings and take notes, track action items, and follow up on open tasks Coordinate communication between engineering, production, and service teams Support documentation efforts including project files, change orders, and customer correspondence Operations Support Learn MODO8's build and delivery process from the ground up Assist with shop floor coordination and production scheduling support Help identify bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts and surface them to the project team Contribute to process improvement efforts as opportunities arise Administrative & Reporting Maintain accurate project data in internal tracking systems Prepare progress updates and reports for internal stakeholders Assist with customer-facing communication under the guidance of the project team Qualifications•Required Currently pursuing, or recently graduated an undergraduate degree in Project Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication Comfortable working in a hands-on, manufacturing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Coursework or familiarity with project management principles Experience with project tracking tools Prior internship, co-op, or work experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting What We Offer•Competitive hourly pay Full-time, in-person experience working on real projects in a growing company Mentorship from experienced project managers and engineers Exposure to the full lifecycle of custom-engineered systems A team that takes its work seriously and will invest in yours MODO8 is an equal opportunity employer.
