This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, safety compliance, and overall project execution to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, bids, and cost projections. Lead project meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Review and manage RFIs, RFPs, change orders, permits, and project documentation. Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and financial performance. Mentor Project Managers and coordinate activities with Superintendents and Project Coordinators. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 7-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $30M+ preferred. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction specifications, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). OSHA 30 certification preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
