Job Description

Great Northern is a leading developer and manufacturer of creative solutions for packaging, shipping, merchandising and distributing products for industrial, commercial and retail markets. Great Northern Corporation is looking for an Associate Project Coordinator to join our growing Customer Service team! Are you ready to make a difference? Associate Project Coordinator Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Hourly wage ranges between $20.00 to $25.00
Position Details:
Providing direct interface to the internal and external customers, to resolve inquiries, questions and problems to complete orders on time. Providing account details to necessary parties to receive instructions for updating account pricing. Participating and / or facilitating in collaboration meetings to discuss execution of project(s). Properly updating the progress of projects. Ensures requested changes are made to customer service program and communicated to all necessary parties. Works diligently to handle / report all aspects of challenging orders. Effective use of a number of computer software / applications.
Expectations:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and post-secondary education (preferred) 2 to 4 years of customer relations position, creating and processing customer orders Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Opportunities for Growth You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and acquire new knowledge that can be applied to grow into new positions with higher pay.
