  • The architect/project manager is the central figure in bringing a set of plans from preliminary drawings to the end of construction.
You will coordinate with our in-house engineer and drafters and be the primary point of contact between our company and clients. You are responsible to complete plans on time and within the budgeted hours. Accuracy, ease of construction, and completeness are all hallmarks of our construction sets. A thorough understanding of construction and the building codes are required. Job responsibility will consist of managing of projects (60%) and drafting (40%). Potential flexible work schedule and opportunities may apply to qualified candidates.
  • Knowledge of various building materials. Wood, steel, masonry, concrete
  • Knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC)
  • Experience submitting plans to the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ)
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of Revit experience
  • AutoCAD Experience
  • Ability to manage architectural drafters working on various stages of projects.
