We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Manufacturing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. The Manufacturing Project Manager will be responsible for setting project goals, developing schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes. What You'll Do As our Manufacturing Project Manager, you will: Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, milestones, deliverables, schedules, and timelines. Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring objectives are met and expectations are exceeded. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and operational resources to support business objectives. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure all projects comply with company standards, policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We're Looking ForEducation & Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or related environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification preferred. Engineering experience preferred. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and tools. Experience working with ERP systems and project management software is a plus. Skills & Abilities Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Pay:
$95,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year
