Operations Manager | Luxury Residential Construction A well-established custom home builder is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple luxury residential projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are achieved. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, and construction operations. Review plans for constructability and identify potential project risks. Assist with bidding, subcontractor selection, contract administration, and change management. Implement and maintain operational processes, SOPs, and quality standards. Lead, mentor, and support project teams while fostering strong client and trade partner relationships. Drive continuous improvement across construction operations and project delivery.Operations Manager Qualifications:
5+ years of construction management experience in luxury residential construction Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project coordination. Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans. Experience collaborating with owners, design professionals, and trade partners. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
