This role is responsible for driving project execution to hit timeline, quality, and cost targets while meeting customer expectations and applicable quality/regulatory standards (FDA c
GMP, BRCGS
Consumer Products, ISO 9001).

Competitive—$85,000 or more based on experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll manage and coordinate assigned projects end-to-end using planning, monitoring, and control processes. You may handle multiple projects at once and will partner cross-functionally to keep deliverables on track. Key responsibilities include: Lead day-to-day project execution, tracking milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and summarize progress/status to stakeholders Coordinate project activities across internal departments aligned to the project timeline Serve as a primary technical contact for select customers; help understand needs, support relationships, and identify potential opportunities Communicate with customers and external suppliers on technical specifications, quality topics, project issues, and timelines Coordinate supplier activities including factory visits/audits and technical meetings/conferences Coordinate RFQs for new product introduction/execution by gathering inputs and supporting cost information flow for quotation Coordinate the local D&I team (e.g., Bill of Material Technicians, Formulation Chemist) to support plant needs tied to project work
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent experience 5+ years of project management experience in consumer products manufacturing Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and organization skills Fluent spoken and written English
Preferred:
3+ years in a management/lead role (and/or broader leadership responsibility) Experience supporting international/overseas collaboration
WORK ENVIRONMENT
(SUMMARY) Primarily office/computer-based (computer use up to ~85%) Some exposure to manufacturing/lab environment; PPE may be required (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, hair/beard net, etc.) Occasional travel (generally less than ~15%)
