Job Description Position Title:
Project Manager Wage:
$85,000- $135,000/year Are your skills not being fully utilized?
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate projects assigned by the Program Manager
- Oversee all aspects of the project, using planning, monitoring and controlling processes
- Coordinate and complete project, performing a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project
- Serve as main technical contact for specific customers, supporting the group in understanding the client needs which can be essential for a good relationship and for the development of potential new businesses
- Follow activities with supplier, such as factory visit/audit and technical meetings/conferences to discuss the client needs
- Coordinate specific activities in the project timeline, according to the project status with all department inside the company
- Discuss technical specifications and/or quality issues and discussion of project issue, timeline and all other related to the project with customers and external suppliers
- Coordinate the RFQ for New product Introduction / execution coming from the Sales Department providing final product cost for quotation purpose or coordinating internally the activities to supply the necessary information to the Specific Program manager responsible to provide the final product cost
- Coordinate the D&I local team (Bill of material Technicians, Formulation chemist) to provide plant support on the specific related D&I activities Requirements for
Project Manger:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the project management department of companies in the consumer products manufacturing industry
- At least 3 years of experience in management positions, with overseas experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills, fluent spoken and written English
