Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and operations Assist in developing and maintaining construction schedules, including short-term lookaheads Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand scope and timelines Track daily progress, production, and project milestones Help prepare reports on schedule updates and project status Attend site and coordination meetings with internal teams and subcontractors Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track labor, materials, and equipment to support cost control efforts Update project tracking systems and databases with daily field information Help identify potential risks to schedule or budget and support mitigation planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Strong interest in construction project management Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site at local Milwaukee-area projects What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Eager to learn and grow in the construction industry Detail-oriented and organized A strong communicator who works well in a team environment Proactive and willing to take initiative Interested in building a long-term career in project management Work Environment Based on local construction projects in the Milwaukee area Combination of field and office work Fast-paced, collaborative team environment Regular interaction with project managers, engineers, and field teams Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
