Join a premier leader in the commercial glass and glazing industry. Known for excellence in delivering high-quality storefronts, curtainwalls, and unitized glazing solutions, we are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee complex commercial projects from inception to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Oversee multiple commercial glazing projects (storefronts, curtainwalls, unitized systems) from initial bid through final closeout.
Software & Tech:
Utilize TRUE Project Management Software for scheduling and tracking, PartnerPak Studio for material take-offs/fabrication data, and Bluebeam Studio for drawing reviews, RFIs, and change orders.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for general contractors, architects, clients, field crews, and internal fabrication teams.
Financial & Resource Management:
Manage project budgeting, cost control, material supplier relationships, and field crew allocations.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all project phases strictly adhere to OSHA, ASTM, and ANSI standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
5-10 years of dedicated project management experience within the commercial glazing industry .
Software Proficiency:
Hands-on expertise with TRUE, Partner Pak Studio, Bluebeam Studio , and Microsoft Excel.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of commercial glazing systems, building codes, and structural standards.
Multitasking Ability:
Proven track record of managing a high volume of projects simultaneously (14-18 active jobs) while meeting strict deadlines and budgets.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred (equivalent industry experience will be highly considered).
