Project Manager (Structural Steel)

Project Manager - Structural Steel We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in structural steel fabrication and erection to join our growing team. This individual will oversee structural steel projects from preconstruction through completion while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Manage structural steel fabrication and erection projects from start to finish Coordinate schedules, material procurement, fabrication, and field operations Work closely with detailers, estimators, superintendents, and field crews Review project drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitor budgets, schedules, and overall project performance Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Qualifications 3-5+ years of structural steel fabrication and/or erection experience Project management experience within the steel industry strongly preferred Tekla software experience highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package 100% employer-paid health insurance Vision and dental coverage Strong 401(k) match Individual performance-based bonus opportunities Vacation and PTO Send resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
