  • USD150,000 per year $100M/YR GC with strong repeat client relationships Fully-integrated design/build firm with in-house architecture team About Our Client Fully-integrated design/build contractor with 10 in-house architects Have been in business for over 4 decades $100M in annual revenue Projects in the high-end commercial and retail sectors Projects range from $1 to $50M, with the average being $5 to $10M 50 employees Job Description Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling for commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project scope and specifications are met. Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and maintain financial control against the approved budget. Oversee site progress and ensure milestones are achieved according to the project schedule. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, permits, and quality standards. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns. Review contracts, manage procurement, and ensure subcontractor performance and deliverables meet project requirements.
