Job Description:

Contract through the end of the year Must be located in Wisconsin Senior Technical Project Manager Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity and IT initiatives, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM), automated software delivery, and upgrading non-SOX applications to SOX-compliant standards. Requirements 7+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years leading technical cybersecurity or IT projects. Experience managing SOX compliance initiatives. Proven success delivering large, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Expertise with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Jira Align, and MS Project. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure alignment with objectives, standards, and timelines. Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution. Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication. Partner with architects, engineers, and product teams to drive technical solutions and business outcomes. Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory requirements. Support project documentation, testing, communications, and user enablement efforts. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar certification. Knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and systems integration. Familiarity with AI technologies and enterprise AI tools to improve project execution and decision-making. Experience serving as a Scrum Master and leading digital transformation initiatives. Strong adaptability and commitment to continuous learning. #TECH
