We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Landscape Commercial Project Coordinator to support our estimating, contracting, and project execution processes. This role is critical in ensuring projects run smoothly from pre-bid through closeout while supporting a team that values design, innovation, and sustainability in every project. Key Responsibilities Pre-Bidding Phase Manage and track bid invitations and opportunities Organize and maintain all bid-related files and documentation Review and compile plans, specifications, scopes, and bid forms Track and incorporate all addenda updates into bids Assemble complete and accurate bid packages Request bid bonds as required Submit bids on time and in compliance with requirements Complete contractor prequalification forms Contract Administration Prepare and issue quotes within internal systems Coordinate review and execution of contracts and change orders Ensure all contracts are fully executed and documented Request and track performance bonds to meet project requirements Pre-Construction Phase Print and organize project plans and job folders for field teams Post-Construction Phase Prepare warranty documentation Manage project closeout processes Compile and submit as-built documentation Coordinate maintenance materials and project handoff Qualifications Experience in construction administration, estimating, or project coordination preferred Strong organizational and document management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication and coordination abilities Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance
