Job Description
Job Description Lead end-to-end project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, labor forecasting, and overall delivery performance Support and contribute to estimating and proposal development across plumbing, piping, and sheet metal scopes Build and maintain strong client relationships with owners, contractors, and key stakeholders Identify and pursue new business opportunities while contributing to proposal presentations Collaborate with field teams to ensure effective labor management, safety compliance, and project coordination Perform and support safety audits and proactively plan for safe job site execution Provide mentorship and leadership to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers Ensure projects meet or exceed targeted financial margins and operational goals Apply technical expertise in mechanical systems and building standards to support project success We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
