Job Description Lead end-to-end project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, labor forecasting, and overall delivery performance Support and contribute to estimating and proposal development across plumbing, piping, and sheet metal scopes Build and maintain strong client relationships with owners, contractors, and key stakeholders Identify and pursue new business opportunities while contributing to proposal presentations Collaborate with field teams to ensure effective labor management, safety compliance, and project coordination Perform and support safety audits and proactively plan for safe job site execution Provide mentorship and leadership to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers Ensure projects meet or exceed targeted financial margins and operational goals Apply technical expertise in mechanical systems and building standards to support project success We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience 10+ years of project management experience within mechanical contracting (MEP) Experience managing large-scale projects ($10M+) Strong knowledge of plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and operate in a client-facing role Experience with estimating, labor planning, and project financial management Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring and developing team members Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments Experience with CAD, Revit, Navisworks, or BIM tools Familiarity with Smartsheets or similar project tracking tools LEED accreditation or sustainability experience Background supporting or leading proposal development and business development efforts
