Job Description

Project Manager Location:
Oconomowoc, WI Compensation:
$75,000-$100,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, schedules, and project deliverables while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred. Candidates without a degree must possess substantial experience managing projects for a high-end luxury home builder. Proven experience overseeing residential construction projects, preferably within the luxury custom home market. Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Ability to effectively coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools.
